Just In Time – Refers to a method of creating programs where they do not compile until right before they are executed.

Lightweight Directory Access Protocol.  A protocol used for communicating with directory services.  Typtically used as a method for authentication

A Family of Operating Systems based on UNIX

Logical Unit Number when a storage is shared using Fiber Channel, iSCSI or a similar protocol it is typically referred to as a LUN. Each resource gets a unique LUN so the client machine can differentiate between the different resources.
